Diali launched On Point Leadership with one mission: to help people feel empowered where they are—and inspired to go after where they want to be.

Whether it’s personal growth, career moves, or next-level leadership, she brings the fire to help others get unstuck and start thriving. She didn’t just read the books—Diali lived it. From humble beginnings to a deeply fulfilling life and career, she’s walked the hard roads, put in the work, and earned every bit of wisdom she now shares. Her definition of success? "It’s personal. There’s no right or wrong—just what feels right for you." Diali has over three decades of experience across national defense, public safety, and corporate security. She is a proud Army Veteran and continues to mentor fellow vets across the country. She’s currently finishing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University, with a focus on authentic leadership and holds an M.S. in Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College. Her ability to lead complex projects and unify teams creates real results—even in the most chaotic environments.
