Meet Diali Coll-Mercado

She didn’t just read the books—Diali lived it. From humble beginnings to a deeply fulfilling life and career, she’s walked the hard roads, put in the work, and earned every bit of wisdom she now shares. Her definition of success? "It’s personal. There’s no right or wrong—just what feels right for you. "With over three decades of experience across national defense, public safety, and corporate security, Diali knows leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about people. She’s still learning every day from the teams she works with, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. As she puts it: “People are my jam.” A proud Army Veteran, Diali continues to mentor fellow vets across the country. She’s currently finishing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Southeastern University, with a focus on authentic leadership (because what else?). She holds an M.S. in Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College. Her career is stacked with awards and recognition for her ability to lead complex projects, unify teams, and create real results—even in the most chaotic environments. When she’s not coaching or speaking, you’ll find Diali traveling the world, soaking up new cultures, target shooting, watching documentaries, spoiling her pets, and loving every minute with her beautiful family.
